Thanks to Janine Henry, Head Librarian, Architecture and Planning Library,  The University of Texas at Austin, for the following message-thanks Janine!  J

Hi Miguel,

The Roland Collection of Films & Videos on Art has lots of design

titles. http://www.roland-collection.com

I (Miguel) did a search using "Design" and received the following list:

http://212.113.22.102:82/search/index.php

Some of the good ones on specific movements are listed in the

chronological list rather than the subject list (which is pretty

broad).

Also visit the Program for Art on Film site at:

http://www.artfilm.org/ and search their database.

Or check:

Art on screen : a directory of films and videos about the visual arts

/ compiled and edited by the Program for Art on Film ; Nadine Covert,

editor ; Elizabeth Scheines ... (et al.).  Boston, Mass. : G.K. Hall,

c1991. We have this book in the stacks, the call #: N366 .A78 1991

Architecture on screen : films and videos on architecture, landscape

architecture, historic preservation, city and regional planning /

compiled and edited by the Program for Art on Film ; Nadine Covert,

editor ; Vivian Wick ... (et al.).  New York, NY : G.K. Hall, c1993.

for lists of other vendors (even thought these two titles are getting dated).

Another source is Films for the Humanities & Sciences at:

http://www.films.com

Have fun!

Best,

Janine Henri, Head Librarian
