Ruth,
There is no comparison between Academic Search Premier and
the art history research databases.  Serious researchers will
need the all the art databases you mentioned.  A harder decision
in tough economic times is whether a library needs both ABM and BHA.
It depends upon the program, faculty and student use.  I would
keep both if you have the money.
