Dear Nina
We have the cd-rom of this and just don't use it. We *do* use the print
version from time to time (just this afternoon, actually) and we *would*
use it online. The cd-rom version is inconvenient.
The only cd-rom reference works we find we use are the ones we network
locally, so that they can be accessed by the computer at hand.
If you aren't planning on that, I would hesitate, if I was you.
