Hi all,
I'm seeking assistance on behalf of a faculty member, and our Interlibrary
loan department. We have requested this item from several places, with
no success. It appears that we may not have had all the accurate
citation information. SO I'm just doing an informal request to see if
there is some library that does have this, and would be willing to
photocopy the article. We will submit an official ILL request once we
have identified an owning library.
