I received this information from a colleague in SLA-- Borders Books celebrates librarians with discount offer--

Dear Educators & Librarians:

In this letter you will find information concerning the largest event we have to benefit educators and librarians.

As our way of saying "thanks" for the important work done by educators in our commu-nity, we invite staff librarians and teachers to save 25% on most items purchased from March 28 through March 30*. In addition, there will be drawings for gift certificates and merchandise.

To receive this discount, simply bring identification indicating that you are an educator or librarian to any Borders store on the above dates. Who's eligible?

Not only that, but the two stores in downtown Washington, DC have added two extra days of savings on March 26 and March 27. Our downtown stores are located at 18th &
