I am
very interested in this aspect -- I will have a new book published at the end of
March 2003 from Libraries Unlimited (Greenwood)
entitled: Using Internet Primary Sources to
Teach Critical Thinking Skills in Visual
Arts
In
this book, I have identified many websites already to teach art
and critical thinking as well as resources for teachers
I also
have many good lesson plan links for art on my library web page under ART
EDUCATION
I will
not be able to attend the session, but would like more info about it

The Librarians As Teachers Group will meet in Baltimore on
Saturday, March 22 from 8:00-9:00am in the Schaefer Room. Please join us to
discuss the following topics (and perhaps others too):
1. What teaching
techniques, approaches, plans, and/or last minute divine inspirations have
worked well for you?
2. Developing a clearinghouse website for posting
lesson plans, assignments, syllabi, resources, etc.
3. Setting up regular
group e-mail contact and/or e-meetings
See you in
Baltimore!
Thanks from the
co-facilitators,
