I would like to donate my copy of the syllabus for a Columbia University course at the School of Library Service (remember that?). Its title: Outline of the course in LITERATURE OF FINE ARTS, Library Service 220F Author: James G. Van Derpool, professor of library service. Preliminary Edition, copyright 1951 I took the course in 1958. The publication is mimeographed, 124 p., with a typed supplement of 24 p. It is annotated throughout. Many entries in the bibliography (pp.77-124) have call numbers added from the Met Museum Library, where I worked at the time. There are also tipped in floor plans of the old library (demolished in early 1960s). Condition is OK, in a black binder. I'd hope that it will be of interest to a library (or librarian) that collects such documents of art bibliography. Bill Walker, aka William Bond Walker.
