Yes, it's dead. Amazing but true! Last November one of our library
clients
had his manuscript returned with a note of apology from the editor,
saying
that the journal was to be discontinued at the end of 2002. I saw the
note
with my own eyes, otherwise wouldn't have believed it!
Has anyone heard if another publisher might be resurrecting it?
