Collection houses 250,000 slides and small archive of digital images. Serves faculty and students in all disciplines of the School of Art. Center seeks to advance its digital presence in the College of Fine Arts. Minimum Qualifications MA in Art History or related discipline, such as an MLS; knowledge of at least one European language and two years’ experience in visual resource collections. Responsibilities Oversees collection; expands slide and digital environments; manages and implements cataloguing and circulation procedures; works with faculty, staff, students to digitize and deliver collection to classrooms via the Web/other technologies; manages personnel, budget, facilities; oversees, trains, supervises 1 full-time professional and student assistants; stays current in visual image collection practices and digital technologies; actively participates in professional organizations. Reports to Director, School of Art.
