Job posting, Assistant Librarian
The New Hampshire Institute of Art Library is seeking a part-time Assistant
Librarian to manage circulation, serials and interlibrary loan services.
Assists the Head Librarian with reference and bibliographic instruction.
May supervise cataloging in the absence of the Head Librarian. Serves on a
committee for the GMILCS consortium.
Required Qualifications:
MLS from an ALA-accredited program and 1-2 years experience. Ability to
work collaboratively in a small library with a strong public service
orientation. Experience with electronic resources. Medium lifting.
Preferred Qualifications: Background in the visual arts. Strong cataloging
skills.
