A review of a print show in Honolulu published in a local newspaper
talked about the method of judging as a "cigarette concourse." We are
unable to find any explanation of what this actually means. Subsequent
entries listed this under variant spellings. Can anyone enlighten us as
to what this means? Many thanks.
