POSITION AVAILABLE. The Laguna College of Art and Design, located in
Laguna Beach, California, is currently looking for a Slide Library
Assistant. We are a 4-year accredited college with approximately 300
students. Responsibilities include: maintaining the slide library
collection, assisting faculty in accessing slides, slide production, and
providing back-up assistance to the Head Librarian in general library
operations. A background in art is desired, as is knowledge of the program
FileMaker Pro.
Position is 30 hours a week when school is in session (approximately 32
weeks/year). $15.00 per hour, no benefits. Hours: Monday through Thursday,
12 pm to 6 pm, and Friday, 11 am to 5 pm. Some flexibility exists in terms
