From someone who hasn't cataloged in years... My observations may not be
useful, but...

It seems that the proposed 563 must always end with a $5NUC. If that is
the case, then isn't the field better used for copy-specific binding
notes?  As Sherman Clarke observes, artist books and other types of
books whose bindings are not copy-specific might more "suitably" be
described in combined general note fields, 500s for example. Just a
thought...
