Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. LISTSERV 16.5 - ARLIS-L Archives

I am searching for libraries that have recently worked through an automation
project or are currently going through this. I am just at the beginning of
this task and it would be so helpful to have contacts to talk with.I will be
in Lexington for the ARLIS spring meeting next Friday. I look forward to
