I am looking for a clear reproduction of and bibliographical information
about a picture by
F. O. C. Darley of Scrooge and the Ghost of Christmas Past for A CHRISTMAS
CAROL. A noted author would like to use it in a new book about the Carol.
The picture we have seen gives no indication of where or when it was
published. Does anyone know the place of first publication? I have never
seen it reproduced, but I suspect it is from the 1860s. I also suspect is
was published in England or France. I would be most grateful for any
bibliographical information anyone might provide.
