Hello Sara and ARLIS-L,
You might try searching under the term "corporate identity".
This would probably return hits that are not necessarily just company
names, but it might provide some additional information your student could
use. The graphic designers here use that term to indicate not just the
logo, but entire marketing presentations that include logos, brochures,
letterhead, trademarks etc. etc.
