This message is for the art librarians in the NY area. I would like very much to organize a NY Collection development discussion group (NYCDG?) to address problems, development, trends, etc. in collection development. At the last ARLIS/NA conference in St. Louis I talked with few of our collegaues and I find out that there is a great interest in this project. Please let me know who is interested in the project and eventually give me suggestions and advise. I am sure we can have good results as we do with the Cataloging discussion group.
