Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

A question.. We are thinking about book plates for our research library.  What do you think?  I need to hear why we should place them in our books, or why we shouldn't.  Some of our books are very valuable.  Please respond ASAP.  Thanks for all of your suggestions.
