Greetings: This is a second reminder and heart-felt plea for all ARLIS/NA members to take advantage of the CONFERENCE MENTOR PROGRAM for the upcoming conference in St. Louis. * If you are attending your first or second North American conference and are just beginning to develop your ARLIS network, the Mentor Program provides you with an experienced ARLIS/NA member to show you the ropes and introduce you to new colleagues. * If you are an ARLIS/NA veteran, this is a valuable opportunity to make a real impact in the Society on a personal level by helping new colleagues. We are in particular need of old ARLIS conference hands to step forward and offer your experience and friendship to a new colleague. It will add to your conference enjoyment and be gratifying for all concerned! If you are interested in being either a mentor or having a mentor, submit the ARLIS Mentor Program Application Form which can be found through the conference registration web page, at the bottom of http://www.arlisna.org/Conf2002/index.html If you have questions, e-mail Leigh Gates, St. Louis ARLIS/NA Mentor Program Coordinator, at [log in to unmask] Best wishes, Leigh Gates -- *********************************** Leigh Gates, Slide Librarian MacLean Visual Resources Center, Ryerson Library The Art Institute of Chicago 37 S.
