And while we're at it, perhaps we could remind Laura that her husband has
revoked public view of Reagan's presidential papers and moved his
gubernatorial papers to a greatly inaccessible site--the latter violating
Texas state policy.  Not a very nice thing for a librarian's husband to do.

Yes, a letter from the BOARD is an excellent idea!!  I think ARL, ALA, SLA,
MLA,
and others should also write letter to Mrs. Bush.  I also think individuals'
input would be valauable and I am composing my letter today.
