Somehow, some people are confused by my saying "The Preliminary Program is being printed as we speak, but information on the program, costs and hotel are on the conference website:

There will be an online registration button available soon, but you can
also just print it and send it in!"

In plain English this means that the programs are being printed now and WILL BE SENT BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS OR IMMEDIATELY AFTER NEW YEARS.

I'm sorry for any delay, but if you are eager to register, please go to the conference website listed above.
