AASL 2002
NEW ORLEANS IN APRIL!

Final call for papers for the 24th Annual Meeting of the
Association of Architecture School Librarians

In conjunction with the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture,
the AASL will hold it's 24th annual meeting in the "Crescent City", April
11th - 14th, 2002.

After the cold, dark months of January and February, imagine spring in New
Orleans.  Take heart and develop a topic to share!  Below is a list of
current broad topic areas.  If you are interested in some aspect of these or
other topics, please send your proposals or ideas to me personally, or post

Library management models
Collection development
Library instruction
Digital projects / image management

If you already have a developed topic for a presentation or panel
discussion, please send me such details as:

1.) Speaker's name(s) and contact information.
2.) Title, with short abstract if possible.
3.) Anticipated equipment/connectivity needs.

Deadline for submission:  December 5th.
Notification:  December 15th

With your help, I'm looking forward to some lively, thought-provoking
discussions and wonderful food and music in the great city of New Orleans.
