The Colourmen: A journey through the fascinating history of artists' colours by Winsor & Newton (11 Constitution Ave., Piscataway, NJ 08855-1396, 1992, ColArt Americas, Inc., 30 min.) may be of use, though it does focus more on the history of making artists' pigments rather than actual color theory per se.

Subject: on color theory

While on the subject - can anyone recommend any videos for teaching color
theory? A faculty member says that he remembers seeing some produced by one
of the paint supply companies but cannot remember which company or any
titles. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
