Fight fire with fire: When they call, say "Let me find me supervisor and let you
speak with them", and then put them on hold...Then after 20 minutes, pick-up. If
they are still there, tell them you couldn't find your supervisor, but you DO
have some extra kittens. Would they care for one??
These people DO harrass, and it is a quesationable practice at best.
