Hi, Jack:
We automated with Voyager from Endeavor last January. After discussions
with them I am using the figure of approximately 10% increase per year.
It's in our contract, though, that the annual increase is the lesser of the
"unadjusted twelve months percentage change Employment Cost Index rate
factor for total compensation costs for professional, specialty and
technical employees as published by the U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of
Labor statistics plus 5% for Endeavor's research and development costs, or
8%." We're on the first year of our maintenance, so it won't be until next
year that we find out the "true" increase rate.

We are reaching the final stages of choosing an integrated library system

which I have no experience. I need particulars on what is "normal" in terms
