Yes, we also receive an annual phone call from them. I usually just tell
them very firmly that we are a library and do not belong in this business
directory. They often try and convince us that we have "contributed our
information before" --even though we have not. A direct "no, and thank you"
seems to keep them from sending us a hard copy.

Yes, several years back when I worked for Yale University Press, we were
pestered by them. We finally had to send the directory back and write a
very firm letter telling them we didn't want it and never to contact us
again. They're awful!
