This morning Monday 17 of Sept. there was an statement from the Post
office
Master regarding delays in mail delivery and foreign mail. It will take 3
working days to catch up with internal mail delivery and a little more for
foreign letters. There will be a greater delay to process all
packages due to security screening, regardless of the size or point of
mailing.
