The short answer to your question is "Yes, Reinhold Publishing is probably
the single best source for the English translations of works of these
people," (Faber Birren, Johannes Itten, and Albert Henry Munsell) all of
whom, I believe were associated with the Bauhaus in the twenties.  If you
check any of the major bib databases, you will find these works and others
listed both in English and in their original languages.
