Mea Culpa - this is what happens when you don't check your sources. I meant the series by Millard Meiss not Meyer Shapiro. But it is a good series of volumes on French manuscript painting and has more illustrations than almost anything else. I did find some of the ills, but not the one Mary wants, in Richard Loomis, Arthurian Legends in Medieval Art, 1966. The FR. 100 may be "the work of the Master of 1402", which changes the century.
