Position Summary Reports to the Library Director. Responsibilities include: Providing reference service to students and faculty, as well as other library patrons, using both print and electronic resources. Developing and implementing a library instructional program for students, including general orientations and customized instruction for specific classes. In collaboration with the Director, developing and maintaining the Library website. Supervising the inter-library loan program. Qualifications: An MLS from an ALA accredited program. Substantial reference experience, preferably in an academic setting. Working knowledge of electronic resources. Background in and sound knowledge of the visual arts.
