Dear ARLIS chapter members:
ARLIS/Ohio Valley is contemplating paying the ARLIS national membership fees
for its chapter officers. If your chapter does this, do you feel it has
encouraged members to serve as officers, and did instituting it require a
change in your chapter by-laws?
