Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

We now have a 5-user license to provide version 2.0 of this product on our campus network; however John Wiley & Sons is quoting a much higher price than before to network version 3.0. It would cost us more than other resources like the Grove Dictionary of Art Online! Are any of you networking this product and, if so, what are you paying per user as an educational price? Are you paying a base price to purchase the disc, then a per user charge? All advice is appreciated in dealing with this pricing problem. Please reply to me off the list. Thank you.
