The Getty Research Institute used Aeroscopic Engineers, Inc. Their # is 323 245-3024 or 800-950-2379. They are located in the San Fernando Valley. We used them when we had a flood a couple years ago, here at the Getty Research Institute. They responded immediately.
I have other names I haven't tried, but are in our disaster files. Call if you need more info.

All this rain, and a storage room in the basement has flooded. We have
many boxes of books stored on the floor getting wet. Apparently,
insurance will pay for a vendor to come in and clean it up and deal with
the wet books. Does anyone know of a vendor in LA we could call who
could come in and handle this relatively small job?
