I just noticed that the Ohio Valley chapter has been left off of the list of
Chapters (on page 2 under Additional Information) on the 2001 ARLIS/NA
Membership Form. Those who want to be a part of the Ohio Valley Chapter may
want to write it in on the form when dues are sent in.
