A colleague at Western Michigan University has edited & prepared a manuscript finished by the late Prof. J(erry) A. Abramson shortly before his death in 1997, entitled Art in Nonliterate Societies: Structural Approaches & Implications for Sociocultural & System Theories. This illustrated title will be released by WMU's New Issues Press beginning next month, in hardcover & paperback.
