DC/MD/VA Catalogers' Discussion Group Meeting

Please join other local catalogers for our second discussion group meeting.
The first part of the meeting will include presentations on two libraries'
new integrated library systems, Horizon and Voyager, with a specific focus
on cataloging functions.  We also will discuss the draft proposal for
establishing headings for buildings in the Name Authority File.  There will
be a short period for discussing specific cataloging questions.

When:  Monday, October 23rd at 11:00 am
Where:  The National Museum of Women in the Arts (NMWA)

The Museum is at the intersection of 13th St. and New York Ave., two blocks
north of the Metro Center metro station (take the 13th St. exit).  If you
are driving, street parking is limited (meters), but there are pay lots
nearby.
Let Sharon know if you need more detailed directions.

Please come to the reception desk at the 4th floor of the Museum. Feel free
to bring your lunch to eat during the meeting.
