POSITION AVAILABLE : ASSISTANT REGISTRAR, RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS: Full-time, immediate opening to manage the functions of the Photographic Services area. Responsibilities include processing all photographic requests including materials, reproduction permissions and fees, licensing agreements, and external billing; coordinating and scheduling all photography of the collection, loan and exhibition installations; maintaining photo services computer software (ARGUS open edition) and assisting with implementation of digitizing images on the collection management system. Requires B.A. in art history or related field plus two years experience, knowledge of copyright laws and the photographic process. We encourage diversity in the workplace. E.O.E.
