Is anyone using Dadagraphix, Imagemouse Plus Digital
Retrival System to view microfilm and fiche on the computer? Is anyone
using a similar system? Has it been superceded by another product?

If you do, could you send a quick description of your
impression of the system to me at: [log in to unmask] ?

We have one week before our test product must be accepted or
returned and we have been disappointed with our ability to make it work,
based on the company's promotional material. We are attracted to the idea
of making it possible for a researcher to read microforms via the computer,
which is more comfortable to use, more distributable, etc. However, the
image mouse is not very user friendly.

Did you have any difficulty installing the
software/hardware?
                Are the images clear?
                Is it user friendly?
Do you allow patrons to download images to a disk?

                Any feedback is appreciated!
