At our library it's called ACCESS SERVICES. Included are Circulation,
Interlibrary Loan, CLosed Shelves retrieval, Stacks/Shelving, and the
Business Office (fines, debit cards, financial clearance).
Discussion is underway to possibly include the current periodicals and
microforms room (after an upcoming renovation rearranges the layout of the
main floor).
