William: Although the decision must of course be up to the St. Louis program chairs, I say go for it! And (speaking from experience), the sooner your initial proposal is composed and in the hands of the program chairs the better. There are many twists and turns on the road from initial proposal to acceptance for the program to presentation at the conference. Your topic may even change somewhat along the way. But the sooner you get the ball rolling the more time you will allow for all of the accommodations that inevitably come up along the way. Joan B.
