Hi everyone, In a recent meeting, there was a discussion of whether we should be using disposible latex gloves or linen gloves to handle the books in the Marion Center for Photographic Arts Library. We are presently using cotton gloves. I am aware of the debate of whether to wear gloves or not as well as of the potential damage that wearing cotton gloves can cause (eg. from slipage, dog earred corners, etc). Can you please advise me if you are useing latx gloves, or if not why not, and which gloves you are using and why. Any feedback you could provide would be appreciated. I would be happy to summarize the discussion generated by this topic for the list. Thank you in advance, Allison Colborne Allison J.
