I am sure many others have faced this situation and hope to benefit from
your collective wisdom.

For those of you who circulate laptops from your library:
    1) what is your typical loan period for circulating computers?
    2) what is the patron liability (e.g. charge to patron  for loss or
damage)?
    3) how much use instruction do you provide at check out?
    4) what problems have you encountered that you suggest we worry
about in advance?
