Hello.  I'm hoping somebody can help with this question:  We have a faculty
member who wants to know more about the artist (L. Watson) of an etching
described below-----

The front of the etching has title and signature written in pencil: "Lower
Fort Garry" and "L. Watson". The backing paper from the frame has this
written in ink: "C.G.B. August. 1938. Winnipeg. Canada." And _Candadian Art
Auctions, Sales and Prices 1976-1978_ says this: "Watson, Leonard, FL1962-.
A graphic artist from British Columbia."

We have searched our catalogue,the internet, Art Index, Humanities Index,
CBCA and Encyclopedia Canadiana and the only information we can find is
that from the Canadian Art Auctions, Sales and Prices.

The patron would like to have additional biographical details.  Any help
would be appreciated.
