Dear Colleagues,
The "Art Library Gripe Session," a special session
proposed for next year's College Art Association (CAA)
annual conference in Chicago, February 28-March 3,
2001, seeks speakers and discussants.
The session will provide a forum for library patrons
and the professionals who serve them to focus on the
successes and failures of art libraries. A spirited
exchange of constructive ideas is expected.
The session will last 1-1/2 hours. Presentations
should be approximately 15 minutes in length.
Suggested topics include reference service, collection
development, preservation of materials, subject
access, and electronic resources.
