I am particularly interested in academic libraries which may be offering such a service to their own local clientele and/or others in a different time zone by reciprocal (or other) arrangement. If this is happening, how is it organised? By normal reference staff on top of other duties? Rostered specially? The dreaded 24x7 is upon us! If this has been discussed somewhere already, could someone refer me in the right direction please.
