How do other libraries get back their long-overdue books?  We hold student's
diplomas and don't allow students to pre-register, but that doesn't get
everybody, such as staff, and there are always students who slip through the
cracks and don't go through proper procedures for withdrawing or taking a
leave of absence.  Thanks in advance.
