On March 30, 2000, ARLIS/NA responded to the Library of Congress
Copyright Office's call for additional comments regarding rulemaking for
the Digital Millennium Copyright Act sect. 1201a1 (exemptions to
preventing circumvention of access-controlled technologies). President
McKenzie submitted the comments on the Society's behalf.
