Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

Part of the difficulty has been trying to determine if the problem is with Artnet's site or with our internal network (i.e. the firewall). If you have a subscription to Artnet, could you let me know what your experience has been with the service offered by their site?
