     requirements from other academic institutions.  Any one who has time
     to pop their requirements in the mail, point me to an url, or attach
     an electronic document - your efforts would be much appreciated.

     Or, if you prefer sending me some notes, I am interested to hear about
     any or all of the following:
     - size and paper quality requirements
     - image requirements (do you accept color photocopies, CDs, printed
     images, slides, etc.?)
     - binding requirements
     - format requirements
