The International Relations Committee is pleased to announce a
travel grant from the Getty Grant Program awarded to bring 3 Latin
American Librarians to the ARLIS/NA Conference in Pittsburgh,
March 16 - 22, 2000. This generous donation by the Getty
Foundation is greatly appreciated and will cover complete travel,
hotel accomodations and registration for the 3 librarians that were
chosen. They are:

        Helena Dodd Ferrez, Coordinator of Documentation and
Information, FUNARTE (National Foundation of Arts), Rio de
Janeiro, Brazil.

        Doralisa Duarte, Head Librarian, Museo Nacional Bellas Artes,
Santiago, Chile

        Jorge Orlando Melo, Director, Departamento de Biblioteca y
Artes, Biblioteca Luis Angel Arango, Santaf=E9 de Bogota, Columbia

All 3 librarians will present papers in the session =22Entre Nosostros:
Between Us. ARLIS/NA Looks at Latin American Librarianship=22 on
Tuesday, March 21, 2000. 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
